Lavender and Chamomile
Soap Recipe - Hand Milled
Ingredients:
1 lb. soap (I use goat's milk)
1/8 c. distilled water
2 T. Fine Ground Chamomile
2 T. Ground Lavender buds
1/8 c. Emu oil (optional)
5 drops lavender ess. oil
2 drops roman chamomile ess. oil
Instructions:
In double boiler, slowly melt soap with water. When it reaches
a jelly-like consitence gently stir in herbs, emu oil and
essential oils. Carefully pour into prepared molds. Wait 24
hours and remove from molds. Let cure for about 4 weeks. This
is so gentle and relaxing I use it on my children.
